How to replace batteries for Emergency Light

Open battery compartment door and remove battery.

Disconnect negative (black) terminal first, then positive (red) terminal.

Insert new battery. Attach positive (red) terminal, then negative (black) terminal.

Close battery compartment door.

Recycle old battery.
